Hi, I’m Gina Paulhus. I healed my own severe diastasis recti as well as two hernias with Corrective Exercise.



I am a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist. I created this workout series to help men and women who suffer from diastasis recti or pelvic floor issues. I know that there is a gap between doing rehab for these issues and being able to to "normal" workouts again. This program is designed to fill in that gap.
